Five days of guided learning and assessment consisting of taught input modules, online assessment using our Maitris software, professional discussions using video conferencing, and practical simulation. Evidence is collated using an e-portfolio. An online course page and tutorials using a chatroom, forum and video conferencing are offered.

This Course is for

Learners wishing to take the qualification must already hold a recognised training qualification and have experience in delivering training. Learners must also have a minimum of three years of command experience or demonstrate competence in a command role if less. Learners must also demonstrate a thorough understanding of the current frameworks, policies and environments that commanders are expected to operate within.
