He is a strategic fire leader and QFSM recipient. Former Chief Fire Officer for Cornwall and Chief Fire Advisor for Wales, he guided ministers on policy and led post-Grenfell reviews.

He is founder and senior tutor with 43+ years commanding and teaching incident command. Former Head of KFRS Teaching Group, he holds an MA in Open & Distance Learning and BA (Hons).

He is a fire specialist with 30 years in UK fire services. Former Director at East Sussex FRS, he tutors Incident Command and authored National Operational Guidance on Command Support.

He retired as Director of Response & Resilience for Kent FRS. A Fellow of the IFE and Chartered CMI Fellow, he holds an MBA and leads national NFCC roles on PPE and sustainability.

Randy McComb, retired Area Commander from NIFRS, brings 29+ years' expertise in operations, resilience, and learning.

He brings expertise as an EQA for Skills for Justice and a London Fire Brigade senior officer. Specialises in quality assurance .

Megan is an expert in CCBRN and Fire Control with extensive experience, offering valuable insights and knowledge in training delivery.

He retired as Area Manager for Operational Response at West Sussex FRS with 35 years' service. He led capability development and helped establish the Technical Rescue Unit.
