To develop and accredit tutors to undertake incident command training online.
At the end of the course the learner will be able to:
1.Establish relationships with new learners and Initiate and facilitate activities that will facilitate learning.
2.Provide learners with support and encouragement.
Communicate with learners using e-mail, bulletin boards, discussion forums, text, audio and video conferencing.
3.Evaluate and continuously improve e-tutoring support.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?:
Any fire service tutor who is required to teach and facilitate on line learning
4 modules(10 hours guided learning)

HOW DOES VIRTUAL WORK?
1)You enrol your delegate onto the course.
2)We assign a tutor to your course and all of the taught input is delivered to the delegate/s via video conferencing just the same as if they were in sitting in a teaching room with us.
3)Our tutors are pretty flexible and the virtual course can even be delivered in the evenings or at weekends.
4)No travelling or hotel accommodation, travel expense or training rooms required.
5)We use Microsoft teams or Zoom for video conferencing. Delegates need to access a PC or laptop, webcam and microphone and a suitable internet connection.
The course is a mixture of the specification of online learning modules, design and development of online activities and facilitating learning online using Moodle.
An online evidence portfolio will be generated.
