Peter Stanley heads up a team of hand-picked, experienced fire professionals with direct, senior brigade experience. The team has devised courses that they know will be valuable to the fire service or companies with a direct need for fire training. Their approach is led by customer demands and therefore includes such considerations as running courses close to brigade headquarters so training can be undertaken during on duty hours. Simulations include real life examples with information and scenes taken from the student’s locality. All of our training has real depth and is reflective of the trainers own experiences and knowledge of day to day operations. Peter Stanley spent twenty six years in Kent Fire & Rescue Service finishing his service at the rank of Acting Area Manager Learning & Development in 2007.Whilst with Kent he was responsible for the design, accreditation and delivery of their widely regarded incident command programme. He also teaches fire service incident command to post graduate students at Canterbury Christchurch University.
